little story and question!

one time i was sleeping someone knocked at my door and told me that my posters felt off the wall and that as soon as i would wake i should pick them up. I said ok, turned around and slept further. the next morning I woke up i saw that my posters were on the ground. so i went downstairs toask my parents if they have been in my room last night and they said no... i;m still surprised about this and i wonder what it could have been can anyone help me?? by the way a question about lucid dreaming--> is it possible that you can connect with someone else in your dream??? like having the same dream and decide yourself what you want to do?

It's more than likely that you were still alseep at the time or experienced a hypnogogic hallucination. Your brain probably picked up on the sound of your posters falling onto the floor and told you about it. As for connecting with other people in your dreams, it's kind of under debate at the moment but all signs seem to point to no. Pity, it'd be kind of cool if you could.

Well ya see, the root question for that is, Is all dreaming in your head? Or does it take place in another "plane"(like another realm of conciousness) If the first one is true, then the only way it would be possible would be through some kind of telepathic connection. But, if the second is true, then yes, it would be possible to "dream walk or Dreamscape" as they call it. To answer your question from my perspective, Yes i believe it is possible, However, you need to know the person who you are trying to connect with, REALLY well. the obvious reason, is that they could look like anyone in a dream, and so in order to know who people are, you have to know them deeper than their looks.
