      movement in your sleep

      ok so i know sleep paralysis prevents movement and what not nut, i guess i move alot in my sleep ive even elbowed my girlfriend in the face before, im just wondering does this effect your ability to have lucid dreams?

      No it shouldn't because SP kicks in during REM, which is when you're dreaming, you only move in your sleep when you're not in REM.
