      Sleepwalking

Hi, I'm 15 years old, and I used to sleepwalk a lot. I would like to share with you one of my more stranger experiences, even though all of them were scary.

I woke up and I was completely freaking myself out, and all these things were rushing through my mind, but they didn't make sense in real life. I went upstairs at about midnight and woke my mom up. She brought me into our living room, and beside the fireplace (approximately 10 feet away) was a candle in a glass jar. The jar had a lable and on the back had some information in small print. So, while I was sitting on the couch with my mom, I started to see things in the room up really close. One of these objects was the candle. The strangest part was that I could read all the writing on the label!

you sound like my aunt. i was having a talk with her. she said when she was a little girl she was lying in bed and she was thinking of moving the stuff on her desk around... she heard stuff sliding on the desk... she didn't open her eyes and look, she was to scared. also this could go in the beyond dreams forum... it sounds like it could be an out of body experience, i don't know much about that stuff though.

:yumdumdoodledum: :yumdumdoodledum: Welcome WhitMo! :yumdumdoodledum: :yumdumdoodledum:

I don't think you are the youngest. Last I remember, it was 'wassup'.

Anyway, I have a cousin that used to sleep walk once. Her parents caught her just as she was doing a swan dive from the foot of the bed.
She was probably 14 or 15 at the time. Could have been bad!

LOL, that reminds me of when my friend feel asleep in my bed(top bunk) and in the middle of the night all I heard was a big bang and some meoning. Apparently my friend fell off. I found that hilarious because when I slept on the top I never had that stupid thing to keep you from falling off because I dont roll in my sleep. I miss my friend . He moved to england long time ago

I sleepwalk when i fall asleep in front of my TV. My dad will tell me to go to my bed and i do. So when i wake up in the morning i wonder why i am in my bed because last i remembered i was on the couch. I am surprised my parents dont tell me to clean my room when i do that.

      BTW: I am 15 also.

      hey WhitMo, 15 here too,

My weirdest Sleep walking experience, was when I was found like a ways out on our property, I would've kept on going, but my mom followed me and stopped me before I could get away.

I currently sleep on a bunk bed, Lol, yeah, I know what you mean Lowercase.

You do? Does anyone there with the british accent get on your nerve? I find it irritating, but managable. My friend is weird though. I talked to him on the phone one time. He had somehow developed a jamican accent in England, decided that he wanted to be a DJ/rapper when he grows up and he's 100% brazilian. I dont see how that adds up

Curious, could you type what was written on the label?

Typically, if you know well enough what was written onto the label, it could have simply been your memory displaying it to you, not truly your vision. That's of course.. one posibility, mostly depends on how well you know the writing, and what it is.

The people who have the 'Queens English', like a high bred accent, like my girlfiend(shes welsh, but has a british/welsh accent, not strong welsh) -their accent is LOVELY, but others who have a COCKNY accent, which is popular in southern britain, is kind of fun at times, but can get anoying.

oh, and some of the accents can be sexy, like my girls, but sometimes its just to laugh at.

lol, are you being cute? Cause I believe what I said might be the cause of it.

What it could have simply been was a cognitive reflection portrayed by the subconscious in the dream. It's also a simply conditioned association. Like.. you wouldn't read the Agreement articles for registering to this message forum, because you already have the jist of what it says. So in a dream where you read a forum, it could do the same and zoom up on it or something similar.

Thinking of why your subconscious would make it zoom in.. the text would have to be somewhat significant to your personally or have a higher degree of positive or negative emphasis to the individual.

Anyways, what does the label say..?

I haven't ever sleepwalked before but i've witnessed it. Let's just say it was extremely funny and involved hugging a tv and Final Fantasy music.

      (dont ask)

Back when i used to have night terrors i used to sleep walk

One time i was at a friends house and fell asleep watching tv. I remember dreaming that i had destroyed the world (accidently of course). Anyways outside the dream he told me that i went upstairs from his basement and into his kitchen and started rooting through his knife drawer and kept muttering something about destroying the world. He says that he managed to convince me to go downstairs and when i why woke up i was at a part in my dream where i was trying to call my dad (who would've been dead cause i destroyed everything) and upon waking up found myself dialing my phone number to my get ahold of my dad.

My friend said he was yelling the whole time and i hardly even paid attention to him. I think he was really freaked.

      Weird stuff
