Living and Understanding Conciousness In Dreams
Well, I believe the subconscious goes over details you didn't go over consciously during the day. When you dream of something from the previous day, it's probably trying to find details that it didn't notice before. That's just an idea, because I've had hypnagogia that centres around what people in a crowd said. Like, each seperate conversation. So you'd have to be able to know what details you might want to pay attention to, which can be tough. The subconscious is abstract. Even if you knew the details, then you'd no longer have to go over them. Well, this is all just theory. There are probably alot other theories about this... |

Yes, your dreams are almost always over half influenced by what happened to you during the day. I've found, that on 90% of the dreams I have.. I can trace the events back to things that happened during the day, and places where i've been in the past. |
