For the past week I have had about 5 lucid dreams. That is the most that I had ever had. The problem was that every time I would become lucid everything in my dream slowly fades away and turns white and then I wake up. Why is this happening? I have read that getting overly excited can cause some people to wake up but I have been trying not to get excited and I still wake up. |

Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
Or just remember to tell yourself in the dream, that you are dreaming and that you will have a nice long dream. Doing the other methods as well of course (like rubbing hands together). |
