      Lucid dreaming, and mood change

      Well, I have always had a bad temper, and I get easily pissed off ( VERY easily ). It sucks because sometimes my family has to suffer because of this. I hate having such a temper, but I do and I can't help it right now.

      My buddy ( the man who turned me on to LDing, and is a "self proclaimed LD Master " lol ), he said that after I get to where I need to be in terms of being able to control and manipulate my LDs, that he thinks I will find things in my dream to change my views and the way I think about certain things. This seems HIGHLY plausible.

      Anyone ever try to use LDing to HELP change something about yourself like bad mood, depression, something along those lines?

      I haven't personally but it makes sense since you have access to your subconscious. It seems like it'd make you a more peaceful person. Plus LD's can be a good way to get everything off your chest kinda. You know what I mean? This text is awkwardly written :/ sorry

      Smoke some weed bro, chill man. Just take it easy. Set up a nice bowl, light it, inhale, and enjoy. Or take shrooms, ayahuasca or pure dmt, it heals emotional problems. Lol but seriously man, try meditating, or doing positive things. I think it could help you see life and the things you've done differently but I'm no master.

      Yeah, Im totally experienced with THC and Shrooms. While they do relax me. Its only temporary. It gets expensive when you have to smoke all day every day to stay sane lol. about 25$ per day on an 8th of ganja ( untill I decided to only smoke on weekends ). Plus another 25 - 30 bucks for an 8th of shrooms every 5 days or so. That's $ 200.00 per week on smoke and shrooms lol. ( God, seeing those numbers makes me sick.. Dont really realize your blowing through 200 bucks per week while youve been doing it for the last 10 years lmao.

      Thats $ 10,400.00 PER YEAR! Im going to put back the money I save from not smoking, and buy me a new truck next year, lmao.

      They didn't enlighten you though? Marijuana made me appreciate my life and everything that happens to me, I see everything as precious, life as sacred. But maybe it's the way it affected me. Try other enlightening psychedelics, there is Salvia Divinorum, Ayahuasca, DMT, 5-meo-dmt, dpt, MDMA could work but it's less stable. But lucid dreaming could definitely help, but I can't tell how or what to do because I'm not experienced myself.

      I hate Salvia, I had some 30x Salvia once and it made me feel like utter shit. Gave me quite the intense headache. I quit smoking cigs 2 years ago, and I will stick to only cannabis when it comes to smoking something. But like I said Im going to smoke less, and devote more time to my LDing journey.

      Next time you find yourself about to blow gasket, stop and take a breath. Count to ten and do a reality check.

      When you find yourself in a dream, react to the situation in a more positive way.

      You can try searching Google for some anger management techniques like going for a run, hit a punching bag, or some breathing exercises. That is what they told me to do back when I was in high school anyways.
