Thread: Sauerbraten - 3D Map Editing Could Help With Dream Control

So, hello all fellow somnists! Just wanted to throw an idea out to you all. My friend found a open-source FPS called Sauerbraten, featuring real-time map editing and mutliplayer. I was interested and decided to try it out. Lately, I've spent hours making maps (because I can't shoot worth a darn).

Now, you're wondering "What does this have to do with lucid dreaming?" Well, after spending about half an hour walking through a relatively simple map, I could recreate the entire map by memory. The clicher: you could create a city and visit it in your dream. Being an Inception dreamer, this sounds terribly awesome.

...an Inception dreamer?

This gives me a idea. I used 3DS Studio Max 2010 i will create a environment in there and try to build it in my dream. witch indeed shouldn't be hard because i already got the exact blueprint in my head.

Also i think i need some clarification on the word "Inception Dreamer" are you referring to the movie about dreaming (i haven't seen it YET)

I hope you realize inception has hardly anything to do or hardly is what lucid dreaming is right?

Inception dreamer - people interested in lucid dreaming because of Inception.

Why need a movie to get excited about dreaming? Ah well, at least you're honest.
