Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.
A rational person should never overcome their fear of other people--they are not going to be predictably sane any time in the near future. What you have to do is work of the inner strength to live with them. What drives one to do that is the realization that what one wants to accomplish in life is worth the effort of growing a backbone. |

So Philosopher, you are basically saying that if one has fear of something,He can overcome it by being himself and developing inner strenght.Right? |

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

LaBerge devotes a chapter in ETWOLD to lucid dream work regarding fears and nightmares. Sorry to say, I haven't read it in a while so I don't remember what exactly he recommends. But it's out there. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
I haven't tried it myself so I wouldn't know, but I bet it's worth a shot. I don't think it would do me any good since it's not real enough, but then again some dreams are close enough. |
