Happens to everyone. Something about the lucid state, it becomes very hard to stop and consider the situation as you might under waking conciousness. It helps (has always worked well for me) to pick one or two of your goals, preferably one, and make that your goal for your next lucid dream. Really drill it into your head that the next time you're lucid, that's what you want to do. Then when you're lucid, and your mind goes "quick, quick, I'm lucid, what to do?" you will probably remember that (and perhaps eventually the idea of slowing down and considering your situation instead of jumping straight to action). It just takes practice to get out of that habbit, but this should help.
