i've had a couple like that, often when i'm heading for some kind of crisis, my dreams will try to warn me, but i don't often realise until it's too late. that's one of the disadvantages of lucid dreaming, in that you take over, and the dream unfolds differently...

I had this one dream where i was flying next to a car which was going very fast. I realized this dream meant that i was trying to fly through life but for the wrong reason (because I was outside the car) like i was doing it b/c of someone else.
