paul tholey, allen worsley and others.

in exploring the world of lucid dreaming stephen laberge references methods created by paul tholey and allen worsley. has anyone read any books by these people? are they any good? he mentions a few other people too, does anyone know anything about them?

is EWLD the best out there? as far as i know it is but i'm curious as to whether or not anyone has found anything better?

Have you read Lucid Dreaming Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner?
I found it on Amazon with a 5 star rating from the customers. I ordered that one and EWLD but decided to read Robert Waggoner's first, I am enjoying it and would recommended it to anyone interested in LD.
