ok so yesterday I planned on taking a nap, so I fell asleep at 6, woke up at about 8, I was up for 5 minutes, then fell back asleep until 10, then I went downstairs and within 5 more minutes I fell back asleep then woke up 10minutes later for about 2 minutes then fell back asleep until midnight. It was weird because at first I just wanted to take a 1,2 hour nap...but this happened. I remembered about 2 dreams throughout this. I went up to bed at 12:20 and I set an alarm to 3am to try FILD, I didn't wake up to the alarm but I woke up at 5:17 and remembered a dream, from 5:17-6:30 was a dream, from 6:30 to 7:44 was a dream then I woke up for this morning. So i have a rough idea when my REM cycles are, when is the best one to try a FILD? The only time an alarm was used was around 5, otherwise autosuggestion woke me up all those times.which is good. is FILD better to be done after a dream or DURING rem? which I would need an alarm but would rather do it naturally.

fell asleep at 10:50-2 I had a dream, from 2-2:56 I had a dream,2:56 to 5 was a dream and from 5 to 6 was also a dream.
can someone tell me the best time to try a FILD? last night I remembered about 6 dreams (naps included) from autosuggestion so I think thats working for me. Can someone please give me tips when my best REM stages are and for when to FILD?
