1. So I downloaded that Sleep Cycle app for the iphone... the graph (for the first night) so far seems legit and I'm wondering if what I think is true... I'm trying to use it to figure it out how much time I need to wake up before the longest possible REM for me (WBTB is called right? still newb here with terms and such)

Now as I can WILD right before going to sleep for the first time and the graph starts at Awake state and then goes quite rapidly inbetween asleep and deep asleep I'm guessing the deeper the sleep it means I am in a REM cycle? So around hour 5 of that graph (when seems like I died or something lol, great minima there) would be the ideal time to wake up and WBTB my way to a LD..

2. One of my first goals for lucid dreams is to encounter a previous DC of mine when I was a kid... or more like a Nightmare Character... who used to appear in quite a lot of my nightmares and scared always the crap of me with evil doings and such, never really dreamt of stopping him.. so does this sound cord? or just plain insane lol
