      LD your whole life?

      Is there anyone here that have had lucid dreams their entire life?
      I am one of them . I've started to experiment a lot more with my dreams after I found this site (some months ago).

      I had LDs long before i came 2 this site....um however i didn't know what LD was, so when i would be like "im dreaming" i would normally just wake myself up! so i guess that would be a yes & a no? er....maybe

      Yes, Ive lucid dreamed my whole life. I never knew people did not normaly lucid dream, until a few years ago. All my dream that I have had had been low-level lucids. I still use the methods to reach higher lucidity

      I have them everynight mostly, but sometimes they are hard to remember. The strongest ones are in the weekends and I love those. It takes alot to wake me up. The dreams I have on the weekdays are lighter, If I run too fast or see an explosion or something like that I often wake up.
