Ok well i feal bad for not visiting for a while .. because i kinda like gave up on lucid dreaming for a while .... but now with so much stuff i want to do that il never be able to do id like to do it in a dream

So im back here with an experience i had last night, il have to edit because im not sure what the complete defenition of WILD is but I think its what i was doing ... i was in bed and i "focused' on the dark in the back of my mind ... i started getting weird sensations... ok .. then i tried harder ... but it only gave a sensation when i held my breath ... so i couldnt breathe while focusing ... and everytime i went for air i would like take a step back... then i held my breath realy long and focused as hard as i could , my eyelids where vibrating and kinda wouldnt completly stay shut

Enter phase two... then my body started "vibrating" if you will and then i started fealing my self.... floating out of my body... leaving it ... i felt like i was so close ... just a little more and something would happen .... like a splash... i felt so weird... then i had to get air and "fell back down " ...... i tried again but i was exhausted and fell asleep without getting a Lucid ( which i havent gotten yet )

What do you think ?

oh i forgot to add a very embarassing part , i dont know if it has any relevance at all ... but i got an erection while "lifting' out of my body... strange eh

i did some reading on Wilds ... could have been a wild because i felt paralyzed... so i could have gone lucid.. only problem is i would have suffocated
