There are quite a few ways you could try. Have you had any results with exposing your subconscious to the subject daily? Perhaps try to absorb the topic in different ways, ie auditory, visually, written form etc. Also if you keep a dream journal, you could make a point of writing down things you wish to dream of to set a clear goal, and keep a tally of your successes. Hopefully you might begin to see a pattern between successes and certain methods of incubation. Also, daydreaming about a topic purposefully as much as you can. Good luck. |
