      Just had my first one

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I had to tell someone, just signed up.
I started to forget the dream when I woke up, so I took a journal.

      Lucid Dream 1: 24/4/11

I was at a house full of people I'd never seen before but felt familliar with, it was raining, and I remember telling an old woman I was cold and needed to go and find my shoes, i walked down the hall way and someone bumped me,

i turned around not exactly sure of what i was going to do, and he walked into a room smiling at me, i kept walking to find my shoes, then i

remember being outside in the rain, but i was searching for my bike, then i said to myself 'this is wrong, i was looking for my shoes..' then i realised i was wearing my shoes, at this point i told myself 'this is a dream' and suddenly i was laying

on a bench at a school, and the sky was clear, i felt 100% awake, overwhelmed with excitement, i started to feel scared and

told myself to wake up, then i did, by far the most phenomenal experience i've ever had, i still feel shaky and excited,

      trying again tonight.

      Lucidity: 8/10
      Exhilaration: 10/10
      Scenery/aural: 10/10
      Length: 3 - 5 seconds
      Overall: 17/30

Congrats on your first Lucid Dream! You know what they say; once you go lucid...um..you know what I mean.

Awesome, good job. The exhilaration from becoming lucid is incredible.
