Dream sex question

This has probably been asked before, but do you feel that dream sex can feel the same as sex in real life. I've had sex before, but I was so drunk that it wasn't that great lol. I've had a lot of sex dreams, especially when I don't masturbate for a while, and most of these dreams feel pretty real. Although I cannot compare it to anything, so I would like to get other peoples opinions. I'm asking this because I had a sex dream recently with Olivia wild, from tron, and it was so real and super quick hahah. So basically I want to know if one hasn't had sex before, and has sex in a dream, lucid or not, can the mind make it feel the same as real life sex.
