      Sleep Paralysis

When you are WILDing, do you go into sleep paralysis before your dream, and how do you know when you enter SP?

Last night I attempted WILD, and slowly felt most of my limbs go numb. Then I got some spastic shit and afterwards I felt extremely detatched from my limbs. Wanting to test whether it was SP or not, I tried to move.

Every part of my body felt normal and moved normally when i tried to move it.

The reason SP accours is to make your dream adventoures a safe experience. And if your consciouss during the transition from waking to dreaming you may experience the SP as a huge vibrations rambling your body with huge intensity... Or you may not notice anything at all, before suddenly enter the dream. But your experience seems not to include any SP.

Maybe the reason was that you really was to awake. You felt your body... something that really not is the goal. Im doing the same thing over and over again, and its the awfull dangerous analyzing mind trying to grasp every moment in fear for not loosing conscioussness, and result in waking up 8 hours later. You have to let go of your body at all cost... the SP isnt the real goal either, its merely a bump in the road. And if you feel your deep, your body is getting numb, do not try to test if your body is truly asleep. When this only will have the reverse effect.

Try either sticking to a technique you can follow into dream. Thats what you have to concentrate on. And you have to concentrate hard on it, and nothing else. At points you maybe will feel like you almost was gone for a moment, but still hangs around in the dark. Continue concentrating like you wasnt expecting anything else than to just concentrating on whatever you feel like concentrating on. And then you may experience the SP, after a while(but dont think about the time youve spent) that can lead to, if you act cool and dont panic, a dream you may become lucid. Its a tricky state. Cause your trying to trick the trickster, which is your mind.
