      WILD - 100% paralysed

Hi there, I was going to try to attain an OBE a few nights ago here. I woke up early, figured
out that I didn't really have to go to school afterall, so I attempted a WILD. Now, I'm not really sure if I slept off or what that happend, atleast I remember a very vivid visualization or a dream, in which after it finished I found myself again thinking of WILD. So I layed there, then I felt the two common vibrations with my heart pumping really fast during them. When all this stopped, I tried to go OBE, but without any result. Now the fun thing here was, I was 100%, I mean totally paralysed. I couldnt move a finger, my head, nothing what so ever. I struggled for some time until I finally managed to wake my sleeping brain into conciousness again, it felt really uncomfortable being paralysed.

Anyhow, later on I did some reading about OBE's, about everyone who didn't really "leave their bodies" explained just this situation. My question here, is this how the WILD really is? I guess I could easily have gone into some heavily lucid dreams here, and did I fall asleep during my WILD attempt, in case what could be good to just wake up like I did (if i was asleep) and recall my WILD attempt.

I'm confused by your question. In order to successfully have a WILD you must stay concious. If you think you fell asleep or did then that was not a WILD...that was sleeping. It's possible you could have experience sleep paralysis upon waking or upon falling asleep...in other words you came close to have a WILD, but fell asleep.

I've noticed that like to write a lot in your posts

anyway..most people think that OBE's are just WILD's so its all up to you to either believe that or not and both are very similar.

But yes, that is sort of like WILD. you were supposed to passively look at the hypnogagic imagery behind your eyes and then sort of concentrate on those. btw..i to have a bit trouble figuring out what you're asking in many of your posts. next time either make it simpler, write less, or better yet, just list them.

      hope that helps
