Thumbs up Mental Programming for Lucid Dreaming

      Hey dreamers:-)

Am new here, just wanted to share a method that helped me with astoundishing results. The method is "Mental Programming". Its about programming your goals in the subconscious. You can Google it, I am sure you find something. I used it and it worked amazing! Got 3 lucid dreams in one night! And the last nights I have had almost just lucid dreams! Everyone be sure to check it out. Then you can try "Photo reading" too. Be sure to check out both things. And the key to anything you want to achieve is... to not be obsessed to achieve it! You will learn it, if you read about mental programming. Mental programming is applyable to any goal. But because the goal of lucid dreaming lies on the mental level, its easier to achieve than a physical goal, because you program it into your subconscious mind, and lucid dreaming lies on the subconscious level too.

Good luck, and many lucid journeys!

Yes its also known as autosuggestion.

NASA did an experiment titled "Preliminary Analysis of Photoreading" where they proved that by reading at such speeds, people were losing vast amounts of information and were simply unable to answer questions about them accurately.

The human brain is not advanced to such a stage where we can pick up a book or something and read that quickly and understand at the same time.

And if you happen to Google these terms, please don't pay for anything. You can do all this kind of thing for free with a little common sense.

      Thumbs up

      Thanks everybody for their replies!

ThePieMan, I did not know about the study of photoreading from NASA, but I am talking from my own experience. I am practicing photoreading, and see results without any doubt. The term photoreading, is, in fact wrong. Photoreading is not about reading, it is about to download the information into the preconscious processor. Not conscious. Many expect, that the results come suddenly after you photoread, consciously. But, you know it subconsciously, not consciously. Then, later, if you followed the instructions properly, you activate the information, and download it into the conscious. I am not saying that you have to change your mind. But always be open for new things. And, if you learn photoreading with a bad attitude, like it will not work, then you can forget it. That is all I am saying. One may not believe in photoreading, but try no to think about how much infinite power the subconscious has. I appreciate your reply! Keep it up!

Mrdeano, I agree fully with you, there are tons of information on this subject out there for free! It is, as it should be. Knowledge should be free.

      I wish you success!

      Hello Bobblehat!

Thanks for your reply! I have been practicing photoreading for 3 months. I got immediate results following the Photoreading Whole-Mind-System. It still fascinates me! Have used photoreading for 3 tests in school. And guess what? Got everything right, and I only photoread the material! One test was in french, and was to memorize 350 french words. It was the first time, and the others in the group had done the same test 4 times before. And I was better than the best one of the others!
Have you been practicing photoreading? And if, for how long? I can only wish you luck with to discover the power of photoreading, it has many benefits!

      Wish you success!

I've heard a little about it and was curious about it, but I am sceptical. I am sure one day everyone will be able to achieve the feats of Kim Peek with the help of technology, but if it were possible now surely we would have heard more about it?

Thanks Bobblehat for showing me Kim Peek! I did not know about him. After what I have read about him, I can say, that you won`t be able to memorize 12 000 books, with photo reading. It is amazing. Unbelievable!

      Hear soon

This is actually pretty interesting stuff. How does this step work? Can you relate to it from your personal experience?

Hello ThePieMan, thanks for your question!

As I have mentioned before, you want to bring the information into the subconscious. Then, you literally know it, but not consciously. Then, you somehow want to stimulate the bridge from the conscious to the subconscious mind, regarding the information you have photo read. This is done this way, by me. You go through the book, not reading, and pay attention to big written titles, cursive written words, text in boxes, and what you basically are doing, is to search for terms, important words from the subject. To that words, you begin to formulate questions. You then make a mind map, with all words and questions. When I did this step, the words seemed to get alive for me. They started getting a meaning. I then from nothing but photo reading could answer every question, and explain every word. I was really surprised. First then, I started getting a slight revelation, of how powerful the subconscious mind is. Therefore I encourage everybody to do photoreading.

      I wish you lucid journeys!
