      If i get a SP and wake up i get get them everytime i fall asleep

      Title don't make sense though:

      Basically when im almost in SP i always end up doing something to move myself thus stopping SP

      Now every time i close my eyes i will start going into SP and it gets annoying and ruins my sleep lol
