      Dream Journal ?

Yesterday morning I woke up and I remembered I had put my dream journal out to write in when I woke up. I saw it and said to myself 'Ok, let me think now' I could remember a little bit of something. I could remember Goofy, but I have a Goofy picture frame in my room though. So I don't know if I actually had a dream and Goofy was in it, or I just remembered my goofy picture frame in my room. Should I write this down anyways?

Write down anything that you dreamed about.Keeping a Dream Journal helps in Dream Recall, so the more you right down, the more you tell your brain that dreaming is important and the more likely you are to remember your dreams and recognize that your dreaming...

      Or so im told...lol

you mean the more you write down the better you will be at recalling and have better chances of lucid dreaming?

Yeah, but when you write it down, you'll soon start recognizing patterns in your dreams and then while dreaming you'll recognize them and it will help you become lucid.

It depends on a few differant things, like how devoted you are, how open of a mind you have and other stuff...

After visiting this site and doing a Dream Journal, I had one after about 2 weeks, then another a few weeks later...

It depends on the person though.

yeah, it's like he said...i was here for a couple of weeks before i started LDing, then i had two in one week, and i haven't had one since april...i'm on one mega dry spell...but i'm not too worried about it, i just keep writing in my journal, doing reality checks through the day, and recognising my dreamsigns...maybe one night something will go 'click' and i'll go lucid.
