So my plan for tonight as of 1:30 AM is to go to bed at around 2 or 2:30 and set my phone and ipod alarm to wake me up at 6. Now after I wake up at 6 should I stay up for a little bit? Or just immediately go back to bed? I know that whenever I drift off to sleep for the 2nd time, I have to keep thinking in my mind that I am going to lucid dream. |
