I think those are hypnagogic imagery and sounds. You usually experience them when attempting WILD, but it's also possible to have those when you're going to sleep normally. |

When i lay down to go to bed, it will take me around five minutes to fall asleep. Sometimes more or sometimes less. As i am drifting off into sleep i will realize something. Its like i am going directly into a dream. Sometimes i only see it. Sometimes i can only hear it. Other times it is both. They are really quick too bc when i recognize them with my conscious mind they go away and i realize my surroundings. There will be a few of them a night. Are these just ideas from my waking life that are being inverted into my subconscious mind? If so, how can i take conscious control of them without them slipping away from me? |
