Having problems with vividness and realness of LD"s

I'm a lucid dream beginner. I have had 3 lucid dreams since I started back about a half month ago. My problem is kind of hard to explain, but when i have a lucid dream, my dream is not vivid or seem real at all. I have tried the spinning technique to make it more vivid and real. Although it helps me to stay lucid, it's like i'm on the verge of dreaming and waking up in a way. I'm sure some others out there have had this problem. What can I do to bring the vividness and realness into the dream to make it look and feel just like waking state. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

well, all of my non WILD induced LDs feel like what you described, I would reccomend on working on a technique such as WILDing
~I wake up a little more every time I dream.
