HI Twitching

Normally, when I try to WILD, I get to SP no problem. After a few mins, I enter HI, but a problem that I get is that my eyes twitch uncontrollably, and it becomes ridiculously uncomfortable. I've taken into account that I might be WILDing at the wrong time (during the night, and not a nap/early hours of the morning), but is there anything else that might be a factor in this? Is there any way I can stop the twitching?
