Ok I've tried this for 3 times in the past 2 days and every time it worked.

Every time I did it I came to the part when I started spinning around and could feel how am transiting between reality and dream.And everytime I would get interrupted by some noise or something from real world.

I just cleared my mind,and thought of nothing.Just about dreaming.I was very relaxed and my hear beats got really slow.

But I wasn't able to LD yet....but hey I'm happy with the work I've done so far!

So my question iso we really need that WILD or MILD or whatever technique to start LD?
