And sometimes whatever is on the t.v makes its way into my dreams. This week there were a lot of Freddy vs. Jason previews on and freddy had made his way into my dream. I got myself to wake up but I was in the worst sleep paral. It was horrible

Whoa... that must of been pretty weird to have freddy in your dreams... like in the movies eh? Was he trying to kill you?

that could actually be very helpful for becoming lucid. since you saw a lot of freddy v. jason ads that night then you dreamt about them. if that happens again or if those ads are still playing a lot, then you can use freddy or jason as your dream sign to help trigger lucidity. whenever you see freddy or jason or something you usually watch on tv, do a reality check to make sure you aren't dreaming. hope this is useful.

I feel asleep with the T.V on pretty loud once, and I had a strange dream where I was trying to sell a grill I had made to a bunch of paid extras then George Foreman came along and beat the crap outta me... Hmm, so the moral of this story is that outside influences can creep there way into your dream and make stuff go crazy. Why not use it to adventage and make a CD that tells you to become Lucid and play that then fall asleep with it on...
