Has your dream recall improved your memory?

I have a very bad memory, and ever since I worked on recalling my dreams seriously I have noticed that my memory has improved. Has this happened to anyone else or am I imagining things? Of course, I started adding honey to my diet at the same time I worked on recall. This could have helped. This is definitely not a controlled invironment! moe

It did improve my memory using a dream journal a lot, but since i stopped, my dream recall has became horrible. I want to improve it again, but im having some difficulty.

Maybe I wasn't clear on the memory thing. I meant imporved memory in general, and not just for dream recall. I have noticed that I can remeber things (short term speaking) much better than before. moe

Yes. It has. Also, I try to reinforce the emotions from dreams so that I can remember what 'words cannot express'... Or things I'm too lazy to describe.
