Sounds like a false awakening and then possibly some sleep paralysis. If you didn't ever come to the realization that you were dreaming, then it wasn't a lucid dream. |

Okay, I fell asleep and it felt like i woke up a few seconds later... but i was still dreaming. I was tired and completely aware of my surroundings. I moved my hand around. I swear I thought i was awake. I went to crawl out of bed but i couldn't move... everytime i moved my leg, a shock of paralysis ran through every part of my body. I moaned for someone to help get out of bed but no one came. I kept trying to get out and everytime i moved i would just fall farther and farther into paralysis until i couldn't move anything. I settled down and just layed there. my mind went black. I woke up and my g/f's father was yelling at me... and then i really did wake up in a heat infested room. |

Ohhh, Wanker, sleep paralysis - you were right at dreamland's door! You might want to read some of the tutorials on WILD. Next time you find yourself in paralysis you can make youself slip right into a lucid dream. |

(I told this story here a while back, but it seems relevant again.) Last summer, I "woke up" (partially) from a dream and experienced sleep paralysis. My eyes were open, but I was still dreaming. I vividly hallucinated that a stuffed giraffe was nibbling on my toes, and I felt it. Then I went to sleep and dreamed that I was lucid dreaming with my eyes open while doing stuff around town. I ended up waking up and being surprised that I had been on my couch the whole time. |

You are dreaming right now.
yeah definately a case of SP for sure. You could've used it to go directly into a Lucid Dream if you would've just calmed down. DAMNIT! I hate to hear someone waste a perfectly good SP like that! |
