First lucid!

Didn't realize this was a lucid, but I forgot the definition is being aware that your dreaming..I woke up to a false awakening as soon as I rubbed my hands together to try and keep lucid. Basically, I was having a normal dream then In the dream I thought to myself 'I'm Dreaming!' I did a reality check and found that I was dreaming, I then wiped my hands together to attain lucidity. I then had a false awakening and I believed that I had woke up from being lucid, then In the false awakening I tried to go straight back into the dream I had to become lucid but it didn't work. Basically in my false awakening I attempted a WBTB. If that's not weird enough, I then went on my computer and started to create a thread on dreamviews telling everyone I had my first lucid, not sure if that was in the false awakening or it was in a different dream. I listened to Kelly Howells Lucid dreaming binaural beats the night and day before. I recommend to everyone! it also seems to help my recall too

But the point is, you got lucid, and now you know what that feels like so you can get there again. Well done on the reality check too, I might add. Which RC did you do by the way? Just curious. The problem is I don't remember being aware of doing these things, I don't remember going 'Hey, lets perform a RC to make sure' or 'lets rub my hands to attain lucidity', but I definately remember doing these things, but I still became lucid which is cool I did the finger to palm rc and enjoy your beer!
