      During the day?

You guys ever try the method, can't remember the name but the one where your not tired and you sit still for 20 min and eventually start dreaming.

You guys ever do that in the day?

I read somewhere that you can't dream in the day. I know it's probably not true, but I'd like to verify it.

You can dream in the day, just you won't always dream. Most of the time you will enter REM sleep right away, but it's not guaranteed you'll fall asleep in 20 minutes. Especially if you're not tired.
I've actually had lucid dreams during the day, so I know it's possible.

I recommend experimenting with daytime naps if you get a chance. Your brain is more awake, and because you are less likely to have NREM sleep in between your critical mind is more likely to find something unusual in the dream and cause you to test your state, or realise you are dreaming

Ya, it is possible that you can dream during the day. And its not sure that you will fall asleep within 20 mins.
