I doubt it myself. What do you think. Maybe Pure Imagination. The last section of the headline should have read "where we can all meet". No really. I just visited anothe ld site which states we could all meet up with strange cartoon like characters. Iam not sure that I would like to Dream Share. It would be like sharing your Diary with every Tom Dick and Harry.

Well, supposedly, reading and seeing pictures of the Lucid Crossroads is supposed to get a vague image in your mind, so many people see it the same. I haven't seen it yet, however.

basically universal conciousness would have to be possible, and as i for one am a believer, i think its very possible. Can i just say have you noticed when bee's are in the hive and act as a swarm the swarm itself seems to be the "self" and the swarm seems to act as one even tho each individuel bee has its own conciouness. which is similair to humans, especially when you look at big crowds of people how they seem to act as one.

I am still trying to make it to the Lucid Crossroads. Even if I don't meet up with anyone I know or meet Glad and Clem, it would still be cool. I am thinking of making it the Lucid Task one month.

There was a Sect of Sufis in the 11th Century that became so proficient in dream sharing that they went commercial with their skills. they took a contract with the caliphate to provide communications across the Islamic Empire. Embassies as far apart as Delhi and Madrid could communicate overnight. Perhaps the Dream Carriers were meeting at their own Lucid Crossroad. I myself had once objectively shared a dream with another person, and so I know for a fact that dreams are more than just subjective phenomena. One person's complex dream might only be imagination. But two people having the same complex dream,each from their own perspective... that becomes an objective and empirical reality.

There might be instances today where people did indeed experience "shared" dreams with others (such as sharing timing, scenery, events, information, etc...undoubtedly interacted with each other), but they can only be taken as anecdotal evidence for the existence of dream sharing. Even if it is possible, proving its existence using the scientific method would be a challenge since it is unknown how to really have them at will (correct me if I'm wrong) and conduct experiments on them. If we discover how to have them at will, a possible testing method might be to give two subjects each a unique phrase to memorize, seperate them, and have them exchange their phrase to the other test subject though a shared dream (of course they don't know what each other's phrase is beforehand). If this experiment is successful, it will bring dreaming to a whole new level.
