I been reading posts days in and days out and I keep reading how some methods work some days then they stop working, then this innability to become lucid grows into frustration. making the goal just so much far away. what if our minds don't really want us to become lucid. maybe when we think we have it figure out our brain catches on to us and decides to untrain itself from this new found ability; unbeknown to us.

Maybe the way to become Lucid all the time is to master a few techniques and keep the brain on its toes. there are a few downfalls i can think of for example learning and mastering a technique is hard enough on its own. learning 3 or more can be difficult. the other thing is that humans learns better with repetition and practice and like anything else LD needs practice. but it goes back to my point maybe the over practice has a negative effect on LD kinda like going 1 step forward with 2 steps back. maybe thats the key to LD keep the brain guessing.
