      First time I became lucid

A long time ago I had a dream where I was walking home from school. Out of the blue my street became a cricle, and there was no way for me to get out. I kept walking home and I saw a pack of about 20 dogs eating something. Now I don't like or hate dogs, but this made me uneasy, so I started walking the other way, since this street was now a circle I knew I'd get home anyways. So as I'm walking I see just one dog... it is chained up. He walks up to me and for some reason I am more scared of this one dog than the pack of dogs. So I turned around willing to take my chances with the other dogs when the dog that was chained up tells me...
"No corras por que la cadena es larga"... ("Don't run because the chain is long")... so... I ran. I was terrified and worse of all, the chain WAS long. I ran for about half a block and he was still behind me. Suddenly I stopped, and said... "This is a dream" I turned around and the dog jumped at me, and just as he was about to bite my throat I opened my eyes.

Back then I didn't even know about lucidity I think I was 13 when this happened.
      Early Morning Moment,
      A Glimpse of Joy,
But soon it's Over, and I return to Dust...

Atleast you can run! All my weird dreams involve me beeing really slow, or it takes a huge amount of effort to move trough the air.

According to some book I read, the best way to deal with that is to turn round and let it "eat you" or whatever. It usually ends up that it wasn't half as bad as you thought it was going to be.

Normally I can't run either, I guess I was really scared that time...
It sucks though 'cause lately I have been able to run in my dreams, it makes it really hard for me to become lucid...

Gravity? Your left foot suddenly got stuck to the ground? Weird.

not really, it was just a cool way of saying that my foot was stuck to the ground, as you said. I write alot of lyrics/poems and sometimes they mess with my day-to-day language, like saying things differently where you have to think about it...im sorry about that.

Yeah I've had some pretty scary dreams of being chased. I live on about 80 acres and most of it is one huge forest. And every chase dream I've had has been on my forest. But I know it so well that I am never caught luckely.

I can't run in dreams. I can't fight in dreams. Anything involving me moving my body fasts happens really really slow. Then again if I didn't want to run or fight, I'd be able to. My mind works against me as if it's my foe.

ahhh, so become lucid, and fight the rules imposed by your mind.
