How long did you take to master lucid dreams?

How much lucid dreams do you have per week after mastering it?

And the most important, what method do you use?

Personally, I've always naturally LD'd, but I just recently began to pursue controlling them, so I can't really tell you how long it's taken me to master them, but I do naturally have about 3 per week. I can answer one question--if you're just starting out, MILD and/or DILD are probably best to start with. If you do choose to use those, you could also increase their chances of success with WBTB, which is pretty much a very easy technique. But really, everyone is different, and you might have a much harder time with these techniques than you would a more advanced one such as WILD or SP. What I'm really trying to say is that you need to experiment with different methods to see what works best for you, but a good start would probably be with MILD and DILD. Hope I helped

I had 15 in 15 days ... not every day as some were multiples... while on Vacation 2 weeks ago. But off vacation and not sleeping in, 1 or 2 usually. On vacation almost all late morning (after 7 which is late for me). This week 2 and both around 2 or 3 am and 60% reality vs 80% reality in mornings.
