Well for some reason ever since I pointed the fan directly at my upper/face part of my body beside me I have been able to recall my dreams the next morning almost with exact detail , weird thing is this has been happening now for 6 nights in a row

I think that may have to do with having external stimuli from the real world that is being felt while you are in the dream world. So when the air blows on you, it is probably intermittently sending signals from the outside world, which may help bridge that gap between conscious and subconscious when you wake up. Or maybe you remember your dreams when the fan keeps your body cooler! It could be coincidence too. It could be anything.
Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

      Irishcream,

You've actually distinctly noticed the difference between having no fan and a fan in relation to dream recall? Could it possibly just be that having a dramatic noise difference suddenly introduced during the night is disrupting your dream recall? Do you not usually sleep with a fan? Because maybe if you introduce it and just stick with it, you'll notice the dream recall comes back. I sleep with a fan pointed at me every night, and I have had no problem, and I feel like it helps.

yeah, fan equals no recall...maybe you're right, and i just need to get used to it, but i don't think i can stick three or four nights of not sleeping properly...
I was taking a B complex, with 2mg of B6, that seemed to work for a while, and now i'm wondering if this whole B6 thing is a placebo...being as i'm still taking it, and my recall is crap.
