ok so in the past i had my first lucid dream about 2 months ago. i realized i was dreaming because my room was actually my laundry room. from there i went outside and began to fly all over. about a month later i had another lucid dream, this one strangely different. i dont remember how i realized i was dreaming but in the previous lucid dream all i did was think fly and i flew. this time i was in my street and as i thought "fly" nothing happened. not knowing what to do i began running down the street flapping my arms like a bird. it worked, but i flew in a j shape upwards and then began to fall. getting too excited i woke myself up.

i know many of you may say why do u need help u r successful in achieving lucidity, but i want more control like being able to achieve lucidity when i want. its frustrating because i started researching and practicing lucid dreaming about a year ago and i was persistent in my practice for about 2 months with no success. then 2 months ago after giving up practicing lucidity for quite awhile i had my first lucid dream. im beginning to think i may have no control of when i can go lucid. i also have extremely vivid dreams every night and in some cases i know im dreaming but i dont do anything about it.(many people do but i dont consider lucid dreaming just being aware of dreaming, i believe u must take action in ur dream to be lucid) any advice on what i can do to have more frequent lucid dreams?
