Hi folks, I don't know if anyone else has figured this out or if I'm just telling you something you already know but I think I may have found a shortcut for WILD.
Firstly I do the WBTB method. Then i muck around - have a few DILDs and whatnot then at some point during the night i wake up. I feel extremely tired.
From here I've found that if I relax, literally about 3 seconds later I start vibrating and hearing buzzing and whistling etc. This WILD that I do from here takes around 20 seconds then after that WHAM I'm in a dream. It works everytime.
I was wondering that this may be a helpful shortcut for people having trouble with WILD and for capable yet lazy people also.
