do you think this could work

My brother comes home from work at like 11:30 12:00 ,and most the times he says im talking in my sleep[which means im dreaming right ?]. Well if he were to say thing to me like this is a dream or something like that would I become lucid? and after i stoped dreaming [he could tell by the eye movment right?] he could wake me up and I would have a better chance of fully rembering my dream with more vividness.

it could possibly work..the whole thing with your brother telling you, "Your dreaming" and you could possible hear it in your dream and become Lucid..but also, you have more of a chance of waking up, cuz its from Reality he is saying it and it may Trigger you to wake up cuz its not coming from the dream..But go ahead and give it a shot and tell us what happens

Could work. Actually I have read that someone said to his girlfriend (or someone) that "You are dreaming now and youre watching a tennisgame". Her eyes began to move like she was watching a tennisgame.

But, when you are in REM-sleep your body is paralyzed, so you can't move (exept your eyes), so when you sleeptalk you must be in n-REM-sleep, am I right?

You are still dreaming, but your dreams are not as vivid and clear as in REM-sleep.

DreamLight works by flashing light into your eyes every now and then while you sleep, and you're supposed to take it as a dreamsign from your dream, and it apparently works (but you still need to work on your recall, etc. - don't be thinking it's an easy way out).

I do wonder about whether SP takes care of all your face ('cept the eyes), or just neck down. Or, in fact, does dream-talking/mumbling mean you're actually in REM, but sleeping very lightly?

Actually sleeptalking and -walking occure during quiet sleep, not active REM-phases. Therefore it wouldn't work if he told "You're dreaming" when he notices you're sleeptalking. However, if he happens to say that when you're dreaming, you have good chances of becoming lucid.
Don't think about those damn kangaroos.

And eventually you will start to hate your brother for waking you up.
