      Dreams Bleeding Into Reality

Well last night I was having a dream about the army, and I remember making my bed while there, but when I woke up for real, I went to get out of bed and noticed that the blankets looked exactly like the ones from my dream.I got out of bed and looked again, and they were back to normal.

This has happened with other things before also, like sometimes when I first wake up, my walls will be a completely different color, then i'll notice my room start to "shimmer" and then go back to how it usually is...

This stuff only lasts for a few seconds though when it does happen.
Im not sure why this is happening, but like the title stated, I think my dreams are bleeding through.

Could this be a bad thing?

To me it sounds like a bit of a false-awakening going on, one that's connected to your dream (hence the similar details of your surroundings). This is obviously before your real-awakening, which is quite vague, causing the false one to dominate what you remember.

iv had a similar experience, i just recently finished reading a book on Kabbala and dreaming, the writer seemed to suggest that there was a connection between dreaming and waking life and that we could mix them together, so maybe thats what was happening with your experence. I wouldnt worry too much about it being dangerous, im sure if it was going to start happening alot your dreams would prepair you for it.
