Thread: How alcohol effects LD ?

I had some drinks with my friends, you know xmas and stuff

And i failed to get LD.

I wonder how alcohol effects ability to LD positivly or negativly ?

Well alcohol is bad for your dream recall (for me it is). If I go out with friends and drink alcohol and stay up late. I usually don't remember any dream at all. And if you can't remember your dreams, it's always possible you've had a lucid dream but you just can't remember it.

Well i remember dream from last night, but it wasn't lucid one.

I don't really drink but I've read that it is bad for dream recall, and it suppresses REM.
