Yumemi Kobo, review

I'm sure some of you guys have read or even heard about the Japanese yumemi kobo, electronic dream workshop. I have had it for quite some time now and decicded to post a mini-review. First off this thing is an expensive(extremely expensive) timer that plays a recording of your voice six hours after it has been turned on. At first I thought " well that might work a little magic," but I was wrong. It has all kinds of gimics ( lights, music,smell) that are supposed to influence your dreams, it's a bunch of crap. In fact, this thing is supposed to give you Specific chosen dreams at will, also crap. The recording part shows the most promise of all. If it didn't sound like someone slamming the door everytime it starts to play then it would probably not wake you up and piss you off. It might even have a chance of working. Although I have had several LD's when it was on, none had anything to do with it and in fact most occurred before this piece of garbage even started and woke me up. I usually sleep like a brick right through alarm clocks and all, but this thing is like having a train drive through your room with whistles blairing full and it wakes me up every time. if it is ever released for sale in America DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Buy a cd alarm clock and burn a cd of your voice. If you did this then you could also control the exact time it goes off. Just my recommendation though, it could work better for someone else. I'm going to give it another month or so before I sell it on ebay. Hope this helps some of you interested folk.
