Thread: unintentional LDs

i realized ive been having alot of unintentional LDs lately. im wondering if a change in sleep patterns, like sleeping later, waking up w/o an alarm, or couple more hours of where u just lie down in your bed (after u slept), can effect whether or not u have LDs

Maybey since you took a break from LD, you hit the reset button on that part of you brain. When i take breaks somtimes i get a Lucid Dream.

I do that all the time... i never have mild or wild... I just go lucid all the sudden

Hehe, I have never tried to have one. They just happen. Some days I don't get them, but I usually do. Today I had a lot of fun in several lucid dreams. Although I failed at stopped a nuclear blast shockwave. I am still working on that. Oh yeah, and that whole lightning thing I tried once... Well, I made electricity out of a wire in my hand. It was very powerful too and gave me a nasty shock when I touched it. And what was cool is that they turned into tnt and made a nice explosion in my front yard. Blowing shit up is fun. Even in the dream I thought about starting the house on fire but figured that would annoy me in my ld. hehe
