      Sound Loop A Good Start?

I am just starting my quest to achieve lucid dreams. I have had a few in my life time and found them amazing.
Anyway, I am torn between how to start. This site provided a very good guide to it and I am tempted to start with it.
On the other hand, I recently obtained a sound loop that you are to play while you sleep that encourages lucid dreaming. It is pretty much a 25 minute loop, with peaceful sounds and a voice that comes in sometimes and says something to the extent of "you are dreaming, take in your surroundings and realize this"

My question is what technique should I use? It would be nice to learn it slowly, but it is also really tempting to try the loop and hopefully jump right into lucid dreaming. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.

if you really want to, try the loop. It wont hurt(and it will by no means impede your LD'ing process). Anyway i suggest you try out with a dream journal(writing down your dreams), reality checks(look in tutorials section), and WBTB(also in tutorials section)

WBTB is pobably one of the more easier ones and effective.
