Congratulations on being lucid! The only requirement for a lucid dream is that one needs to know that one is dreaming, so from that definition it sounds like you already have had several low awareness no control lucids. It is quite common for early lucid dreams to be low awareness and very little or no control, but that changes as one progresses. It sounds like that latest lucid of yours was a step in the right direction. You still were not very aware, but hey you floated. As long as you know it is a dream, you are lucid. You may want to look into the Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views, to find out some ideas for how to avoid it postpone what happened at the end of that last lucid.
