      Help on Lucid Dreaming

Hi, so basically im doing a lot of research on lucid dreaming for a school project.
Im not exactly sure what LD is though? I was wondering if anyone could help me because i keep hearing different things of various people or websites, and its just confusing me even more.

One person told me that LD was much like Astral Projection, yet anouther person explained that it is when you are aware that you are having a dream.
Would be decent if someone would tell me what it actually is please?

Lucid Dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming within a dream. You have awareness that you are in the dream, and subsequently, you can learn to control your dreams and do pretty much anything you want to.

I would recommend the Exploring the world of lucid dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. I just got it and it explains a lot of the studies he has done and others and explains lucid dreams to people who have never heard of this. It also teaches you how to do it!

Knowing that you are dreaming, when you are dreaming. That is Lucid Dreaming, put simply. You should try it

But the thing that makes it awesome is you are "there"... you perceive it like real life...you feel and see and hear like you normally do. Its pretty mind-blowing.

Hey there, have you checked this out yet?

      http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
