Today i have been increasing my lucid awareness using the talked about method of stopping and questioning reality where i stand. |

I personally don't do this, but as splodeymissile said, it will drill into your head how important it is to you that you do these Reality Checks. It's also a good way of logging how often you're doing them, which'll help you do more or do less depending on the number you get through in a day. |

There's a good chance that it'll help. One of the biggest reasons for writing down in your dream journal every day even if you don't remember any of your dreams is because it implants the idea that you want to remember your dreams inside your head, so I would imagine that what you're doing now is also a big help in this. Just make sure that you always check your reality after logging into your app, otherwise your dream self might only write in your iPhone but not bother to do in RCs. |
