First of all Hello All I am Malachy, I have had very vivid lucid nightmares , night terrors and even OBE's throughout my life and in an attempt to control these , I have been Recording dreams in a journal , doing reality checks and meditating. Anyway to make a long story short I have been getting frustrated over the last week for not recalling dreams then recalling dreams but having none lucid and then came this dream: I dont remember the whole dream at all just the last 5 seconds I walked out of an area or into an area and there were 2 Ladies behind a curved desk like a front desk for a company. They were smiliing big and they both were excited and said to me "Congratulations on reaching full lucidity!" they clapped quietly and enthusiastic I felt great and happy then I woke up. Weird I know and Maybe even my subconcious way of having me remember that I did have a lucid dream I dont know but I just thought I would share with you folks.

haha sound hilarious such a pity you woke up you know sometimes the line between lucid and normal dream is very thin, like this, dreaming about gaining lucidity was it lucid dream or not? that's a question

Sounds like you're close to getting lucid! Dreaming about lucidity is a common sign that you are very close, keep it up!

For dream recall try to drink some Apple Juice about an hour before bed. It helped me a lot with my dream recall in the morning.
